Kentang means potato (in English), or 감자 (in Korean).

Tumis Kentang

Serves: approx. 5-6 times eating
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: approx. 10-15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 potatoes (medium size), thin sliced
  • 3-4 green chilies (청양 고추), thin sliced
  • 2 teasp minced garlic
  • 1 spoon coconut sugar, sliced
  • Salt
  • Vegetable oil

Directions:

  1. Add a little oil into the frying pan
  2. Add garlic into hot oil, followed by green chillies
  3. Add coconut sugar and salt
  4. Drop the potatoes, and add water (to help the potatoes cooked quickly)
  5. Mix them thoroughly, and wait until it fully cooked
